There are many different factors to consider when trying to choose the best baby high chair; functionality, safety, comfort, easy of use, etc.

Different factors are more or less important to different parents so there really is no “best” baby high chair on the market.

Some of the most important safety features include a five-point safety harness. This harness includes two shoulder straps, 2 leg straps and a chest buckle. Although this sounds uncomfortable, it’s really not if the child is buckled in right.

Also, be sure the high chair has a comfortable cushion or seat pad for your child. If the chair is uncomfortable, your little bundle of joy won’t want to sit still, much less eat anything!

Ease of travel is another thing to look at. Many times, you’ll need to be able to fold up your high chair in order to either move it into another room or load it into the car for dinner out.

Lastly, be sure the chair can easily be altered as the child grows. The chair should be able to move up and down for changing heights, which makes it easy to accommodate a growing body.

All in all, choosing the best high chair is a project which takes time and research.  A good choice is a necessity for any growing baby and having the very BEST high chair enables you to give your little babe the best possible start they can have.
